Residence Acquisition Checklist

  Quick, Easy, and Flexible

Each stage of the Moving Plan involves answering questions and entering information. In order to make the process as easy as possible, drop boxes and check boxes are used throughout. We have pre-populated the selection boxes with standardized options that will cover the vast majority of situations. These Click-and-Choose option boxes make the process fast and simple. Text areas are also provided, so you can enter the exact information you need to if the standardized options do not quite cover your situation.

  Catalog Your Personal Belongings

To the left you'll see a partial screenshot of a completed Residence Acquisition Checklist. Your customized Residence Acquisition Checklist will be invaluable when looking for a new residence. Whether you will be hiring a Real Estate agent or will be looking for your new place yourself, having a detailed checklist will save time, money, and will prevent mistakes; and will help ensure you find a home that you will be satisfied with, both now and in the future.

  Prioritized Features

We understand that your needs are as unique as you are. So, when designing our forms, we tailored the “question-and-answer” process using a “Preference Scale“ of 0 to 10, rather than a mere “Yes / No“ method. For example, would you like to have a fireplace, but a natural gas fireplace would be preferable to a wood fireplace? Rather than stating “No” to the wood fireplace and “Yes” to a natural gas fireplace, you would state the relative priority of each using a ranking of 0 (do not want) to 10 (essential). Using a Preference Scale provides a more accurate indication of what is really important to you, versus what is merely nice to have but not essential.
